There's always a trial run for a new design. For me it involves a bit of breath holding and finger crossing, and if the new designs doesn't work, then it's back to the drawing board to figure out where it went wrong. I designed this top in EQ7 over the holidays, and put the borders on last night. Something seemed wrong, I was tired, it was late, so I left it. True to form, in the middle of the night, I realized I had to take the whole thing apart and find out what was wrong. So, this morning, it came apart, I sort of fixed it, and know that I like the pattern well enough to do it again, and how to avoid the pitfalls. Anyways, it's back together, but it has "issues". Lots of "issues". So I won't sell it, but the up side of this whole disaster, is . . . . . . I get to keep it! Yippee! So the plan is to quilt it, use it, enjoy it, and hopefully no one will ever notice the "issues". Except me. And they won't bother me one bit!
Happy Quilting

It does not appear to have issues from the picture. I love the design and the fabris you used. Isn't it funny how projects can awaken you during the night?
Well, I don't see any issues. I see a wonderful quilt that's interesting to look at. Congrats on a new quilt for you to keep!

Thanks Ladies . . but trust me, there are issues - nothing that won't stop me from finishing it though!
